Overview
Introduction
You can invite users with the following roles to interact with your aircraft records:

| Co-Owner (Create, Read, Update, Delete) | Full access |
| Pilot (Create, Read, Update, Delete Own Records Only) | Full read, but can only update records they created |
| Pilot (Create, Read, Update, Delete Own Squawks Only) | Full read, but can only update squawks they created |
| Pilot (Create, Read, Update, Delete All Squawks Only) | Full read, full access to squawks only |
| Mechanic (Read) | Read only |
| Mechanic (Create, Read, Update, Delete) | Full access |
| Mechanic (Create, Read, Update, Delete Own Records Only) | Full read, but can only update records they created |
| Visitor (Read) | Read only |
The number of users you can invite will depend on the plan you are on. Each aircraft you have may have a different plan, and therefore a different allowed number of users.
Access your currently invited users by going to Your Aircraft and then clicking the red button Settings.
{info} Want to invite a Mechanic or Pilot with permissions to create, edit, and delete only the entries they make themselves? Pick
Mechanic (Create, Read, Update, Delete Own Records Only)orPilot (Create, Read, Update, Delete Own Records Only). They will still be able to read everything else, but they cannot make changes to resources they did not create.
{warning}Note: Users who are granted Own Records Only access will still be able to add messages to squawks they did not create. They will also be able to assign tracking items only to maintenance entries they created.
{info} Want to invite a pilot with only the ability to make squawks? Pick between
Pilot (Create, Read, Update, Delete Own Squawks Only)(where they can only touch squawks they make) orPilot (Create, Read, Update, Delete All Squawks Only)(where they can affect all squawks).
{success} You can revoke or change permissions at any time! Just click the edit icon next to the invited user in your aircraft settings page to change the permissions (it's an instantaneous change), or hit the trash icon to remove them (also instantaneous).
